Locate Your SAN

Introduction:

This article provide the steps necessary to obtain your SAN (Site Account Number).

Important: The following steps must be performed from a computer connected to your HughesNet satellite modem. 

Procedure/Solution:

Locate your site account number (SAN) (HN9000)

You can locate your Site Account Number (SAN) from either your monthly billing invoice or from the System Control Center.

1. Access the System Control Center at http://192.168.0.1 or http://www.systemcontrolcenter.com.
2. Click the blue System Info button at the top of the page.
3. The SAN is located at the top of the page in the Identification section with the label of ST Name.
   

Locate your site account number (SAN) (DW6000, DW7000, HN7000S)

You can locate your Site Account Number (SAN) from either your monthly billing invoice or from the System Control Center.

1. Access the System Control Center at http://192.168.0.1 or http://www.systemcontrolcenter.com.
2. Click the blue System Info button at the top of the page.
3. The SAN is located under the DWXXXX/HNXXXX Info section.
