Webmail Redirect Notification

Introduction:

This article provides a brief overview of the new page that you will see when logging into you myHughesNet.com page or your webmail.

Procedure/Solution:

On Thursday February 5, 2009 you can access you email via our Webmail page http://mail.hughes.net/mail will be redirected to the myHughesNet.com page http://home.myhughesnet.com/index.php.

Notification

The Webmail page was updated in December 2008 to notify you of the upcoming change.


Webmail Login

1. You will be redirected to the myHughesNet.com page.
   
2. To access your emails, you must enter the e-mail username and password on the top right hand corner. If the cookies are enabled, you will not have to Log In again when accessing this page (unless you opted to log out).
   
3. If you entered the wrong username or password you will be presented with the following message.
   
   If you click on the Password Help & You Support link a new window with Customer Care Page will open.

Forgot your E-mail Password or need to Reset E-mail Account Password

• Reset an E-mail Account Password through myHughesNet (HN9x00)
• Reset an E-mail Account Password through myHughesNet (DW40x0, DW600x, DW7x00, HN7x00S)

Reset an E-mail Account Password through myHughesNet (HN9x00)

1. Login to myHughesNet. Browse to the Customer Care Page
2. Click Login.
   
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Click Login.
   
5. The following menu will appear:
   
6. Click E-mail Accounts > HugheNetSP > Manage E-mails.
   
7. Locate the e-mail account
8. Click Change Password.


9. Enter the New Password.
10. Re-enter the New Password.
11. Click Change Password.
    
12. A confirmation message will be displayed.
    

Reset an E-mail Account Password through myHughesNet (DW40x0, DW600x, DW7x00, HN7x00S)

1. Login to myHughesNet browse to the Customer Care Page
2. Click Login.
   
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Click Login.
   
5. The following menu will appear:
   
6. Click E-mail Accounts > Manage E-mails.
   
7. Locate the e-mail account
8. Click Change Password.
   
9. Enter the New Password.
10. Re-enter the New Password.
11. Click Change Password.
    
12. A confirmation message will be displayed.
    

Accessing Webmail's full capability

If you want to access your inbox, Click Inbox or Click here to access your inbox link that are located directly under the email preview screen.

This will open a new window with full Webmail access.
