Security Verification Process
Introduction:
In an effort to maintain a high level of security, HughesNet verifies all user login
transactions. This article will help you complete the Security
Verification process. You will also have the opportunity to update your
password during this process, if you choose to do so.
If you have forgotten your username and
password, click here.
Procedure/Solution:
- Browse to
http://customercare.myhughesnet.com/
- Click
Login.

- Enter your Username and Password, then
click Login.

- Click on the image of the HughesNet product which you
are currently using.

- Enter your Site ID, and the appropriate
information in one of the following fields listed below then
click Submit:
- Serial Number
- SAN
- Billing phone number
If you require assistance with locating the above
information click on one of the links below:

- Enter or change your password
- In the Password field, type your existing
password or use a new password.
- In the Confirm Password field, type the
password again.
- Click Submit. Create the password in accordance to the three
terms displayed at the bottom of the
Verify or Change
Your Password screen:
- Leading and trailing blank spaces are not allowed
- Password has to be at least 6 characters long
- Password can not be more than 32 characters long

The Security Verification Process screen will
display, confirming that you have successfully completed
the Security Verification Process.
